Anglican Church North Melbourne are a faithful, loving, caring, and joy-filled
community. They are a family that praise God through devotion, song
and action and receive sustenance for living through love and prayer.
St Alban’s is a church family
that has a strong involvement in the community of North Melbourne. The
church runs a Monday to Saturday Op-Shop, a Food Co-op and a Homework
Club – a service that provides free tuition in Mathematics and
English for Secondary School children every Wednesday after school.
The parish has developed a strong future-oriented
vision that can cater to people from all walks of life, living in North
Melbourne and beyond. |

Worship time Every Sunday 10am
The parish family meets every Sunday at 10.00 a.m. for worship and fellowship
afterwards. A service especially tailored for youth and children is being planned
for Saturday evenings. This evening service will involve music, community building,
fellowship and instruction for a praiseworthy life.
For other special services please see the Notice Board outside the Church.
Every day the church is open for anyone to drop in for a quiet time of prayer
or contemplation. Come in and light a candle for someone you love.
From Monday to Friday you can also drop in for a free cup of tea or coffee
between 10.00 a.m. and 2.00 p.m. and spend time in the company of the members
of our church community.
Other services such as weddings, baptisms, blessing of homes, anointing the
sick and the dying can be arranged by appointment. Contact the parish priest.

Our Services to the community Include:

The Op-Shop – operated by committed volunteers as
a service to our community.
The Op Shop is open 9 a.m. to 3.00 p.m.
Monday to Friday and 9 am to 12.00 noon on Saturday.

Food Co-op – a service to individuals and families
in need in our community.

Homework Club – a service that provides free tuition
in maths and English for Secondary School children. The club meets every
Wednesday from 4.00 p.m. to 6.00 p.m. after school.

Piano and Guitar Lessons – a service due to start
free of charge to children in our community.

The Romanians also provide services to their community from our building.
